Products and Pricing :

•    Spectrum Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “SE”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.
•    Guarantee on purchase of a product on our website is purely subject to stock availability.
•    When a commodity is incorrectly priced or displaying an incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or information received from SE or our suppliers, SE shall have the ultimate authority to accept, reject or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. If you have already been charged for the order and SE cancels your order, we will refund the amount.
•    The product specifications weight, size, colour and other attributes mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products.
•    SMS, Email, push notification of an order confirmation received from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, or it doesn’t constitute as a confirmation of our offer to sell. Your order is primarly an offer to purchase our products and such offer is subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept or decline or cancel your order in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event of a purchase, you will be required to accurately provide the recipient’s name and shipping address. You agree that, if  SE cancels all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that:
1.    SE will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or 
2.    SE will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.
•    Orders for the same day are processed in short time and if the order has already been prepared/dispatched it can’t be modified or cancelled. If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will try to modify or cancel the order for you, if the order is already dispatched it cannot be cancelled or modified and you will be charged for the order.
•    You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
•    Delivery might be prolonged due to bad weather, political disruption and other unpredictable circumstances. In such cases, we will try to intimate you and also we request you to place your order at least five days in advance.
•    In the cases of wrong shipping or delivery address, recipient not available at the time of delivery,  premises locked, recipient refusing to accept the delivery, the order is deemed to have been placed and you will be still charged for the order.
•    Request for exchange of product are not appreciated in normal cause

Payment Details :
•    Order delivery is totally subjected to the payment credited in SE’s. bank account unless payment is received, the order will not be processed.
•    Order can be placed through website and make payment through Net banking, debit card/credit debit *supported by payment gateway*
Substitutional policy
•    Fresh, dry flower and all other arrangements are hand-made, thus there may be a modest variation from the pictures displayed on our website. Seldom, substitution of flowers or other raw materials are necessary attributable to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
•    Every cake that is displayed on our website is specially handcrafted by our expert chefs. Each chef has his own skills and style of making, due to that reason there might me meager variation in its designs and attributes which are trivial in nature. In such a case we will ensure that we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown.
•    In an event that a gift item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you an option of an alternate product. If we do not get a reply from you within 24 hours, will proceed with sending you the alternate item since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.
